Cary Ballet Conservatory’s residence is conveniently located just down the road from the Conservatory, nestled in a nearby apartment complex. Designed to create a close-knit and supportive community, the residence consists of several apartments, each featuring two or three student bedrooms, a living room, two student bathrooms, a kitchen, a laundry room, and more. Students share bedrooms, bathrooms, and common areas, fostering strong connections with their peers.

Our residence program is intentionally small and selective, ensuring personalized attention for each student. The Residence Manager (RM) lives in a separate apartment within the complex and is responsible for providing care, support, managing meals, and occasional transportation. The RM maintains open communication with students, School Directors, and parents, ensuring a healthy, comfortable, and nurturing living environment for all.

We are thrilled to introduce our new Residence Manager, Yenni Leoto, who brings years of experience from her time as Residence Director at The Rock School for Dance Education. After a brief retirement in her native Dominican Republic, she has returned to the dance world, excited to help our talented students thrive in both their personal and professional lives. She’ll be working alongside our fantastic new Residence Chef, Jenee Lorberblatt, who ensures our students are well-fed and energized for their intense ballet training. Together, they are committed to making our residence a home away from home for our dancers.

Also, Cary is the safest city in America.
