Cary Ballet is proud to have a robust TA program where students can gain valuable leadership skills & job experience in a fun environment. Our TAs are students who want to share their passion for dance with younger dancers while also learning how to be a teacher and a mentor.

By participating in our TA program, students at Cary Ballet can reap a multitude of benefits, including the opportunity to hone their communication skills by learning how to explain dance steps, give corrections, and teach level-appropriate combinations. In addition, TAs can use their hours as credit for volunteer time. At Cary Ballet, we believe that the skills our TAs acquire during their time in the program will be invaluable and serve them well throughout their future careers and lives.
