Session A - June 23 - July 05 - 2 weeks
Session B - July 07 - July 26 - 3 weeks

Dancers unable to attend a full session may opt for flexible enrollment per week (subject to an out-of-session fee and out-of-session dancers are not eligible for Repertory Presentations).
Auditions
Summer Intensive acceptance is via audition only. Audition/Application fee is $70
Invitations will be processed beginning January 2.

Current CBC students do not need to audition and may fill out the CBC student application.
The current student application fee is $45

Dancers may also apply with a video application. Audition videos must include the following:
Headshot
Barre: plie; tendu; degage; rond de jambe; adagio; grande battement
Center: adagio; moving (waltz) pirouette; petite allegro; grande allegro
Ladies en pointe (if applicable): simple echappe combination; simple turning
Gentlemen: Tours en lair
The deadline for video application is June 15.
Housing
Cary Ballet Conservatory’s Boarding Program provides visiting dancers a home away from home experience. Selected dancers stay at a wonderful, nearby facility with a dedicated Residence Manager who provides support and care to our visiting students. Just around the corner, dancers are housed close enough to walk to and from the studio each day.
Besides the excellent training the dancers receive at Cary Ballet, we believe that what makes the Summer Intensive experience so memorable, is the friendships the dancers make with other dancers who share their passion for dance.
Tuition
Our tiered tuition/housing allows you to save money by reserving your place early in our intensive. Commitments in the January Tier are a lower rate than rates in the February, March, or Fixed Tiers.
We encourage all of our participants to take advantage of the tiered pricing system for tuition/housing. The sooner you enroll and pay, the more money you save on tuition/housing and the more spread out payments are. Upon commitment, a Tuition and/or Housing Deposit is drafted. From there, 50% of the remaining balance is due at the end of each month until April 30. All tuition and housing fees are due by May 1.
